How do I return an item?
Please contact us for any questions regarding the return of an item. We will repair or replace any item with material or construction defects. If you receive an item and you do not love it, we will accept any unused items back without question. Our goal is to make sure that you have an item that you love! Again, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
We respond to all emails within 24 hours.
We may ask you for a picture of the wallet to completely understand any questions you might have about your purchase.
Ashland wants to make sure that you can gift your wallet on to your grand kids as a one-of-a-kind family heirloom. If your wallet ever breaks at the seams, please let us know and we can repair the stitching for you. If you run in to any other structural faults along the way, we can try our best to repair or replace the wallet.
