Two slots. Twelve cards. That's the whole trick.

The Bugs Moran strips the wallet to its essentials — two clean card slots and a silhouette slim enough for any pocket. No bill compartment; folded cash rides in the larger slots and the profile stays flat. Handcrafted in Chicago from black full grain, vegetable-tanned Horween® Dublin leather.

  • Holds 12 cards — 3 per slot
  • Larger slots take folded cash
  • Dimensions: 4" × 3.1" (101 × 79mm) closed
  • Naturally finished leather — color and grain vary by piece
  • Handcrafted in Chicago. Guaranteed for Life.
The Leather: Horween® Dublin

Dublin is a full grain, vegetable-tanned leather made by Horween® in Chicago — tanned with the same tree-bark extract blend as their legendary Shell Cordovan. A hard wax finish gives it pull-up character: it lightens where it flexes, then deepens back with wear. Naturally finished, so color and grain vary piece to piece — that's the point.

How It Ages

Vegetable-tanned leather only gets better with use. Expect the black to take on depth and a rich patina to build over months of carry — scuffs burnish in rather than standing out.

FAQ

No bill slot — really? Really. Fold bills once and slide them behind your cards; that's how it stays this thin.

Bugs vs. Frank? Bugs is the slimmest two-slot design; Frank adds a deep center pocket and holds a couple fewer cards.

How do I care for it? Mostly: use it. A light conditioning with Tanner's Blend or Venetian Shoe Cream once or twice a year is plenty.

Can I personalize it? Yes — most items can be monogrammed. Add Item Personalization at checkout or email info@ashlandleather.com.

  • Leather Care

Horween Leather: Embrace the Scuffs (and the Patina!)

First time with Horween leather? You might be surprised how easily it picks up marks. But don't worry, that's a good thing! Those little scuffs are the start of a beautiful journey called patina – where your leather develops a unique character with wear. Think of it like a fine wine aging to perfection.

Most minor scuffs buff out with your finger, and everyday use actually helps polish the leather. Horween® leather is packed with natural oils, so you don't need to condition it right away. After six months or a year, give it some love with our Tanner's Blend conditioner (made by a master tanner!). A little goes a long way – just use a dab and a soft brush to keep your Ashland gear looking its best.
