A B-grade belt in Horween® leather. The leather and color are a surprise.

Sizing: Take your jean size and add 2″. The leather can stretch up to about 1″ depending on how hard you pull the belt closed, so for a snug fit you can size down an inch. We make even sizes only, so if you are between sizes, size up.

Every Mystery Belt is a Horween® leather belt with a minor cosmetic flaw, such as a small mark on the grain. It has the same construction as our standard belts. The leather varies from belt to belt and may be Illini Latigo, Chromexcel®, Dublin and more, all 100% Horween® leather.

  • Leather: 100% Horween® leather. May be Illini Latigo, Chromexcel®, Dublin and more. Specific leather, color, and texture vary.
  • B-Grade: A minor cosmetic flaw, such as a small mark on the grain.

    Horween® Leather: Embrace the Scuffs (and the Patina!)

    First time with Horween® leather? You might be surprised how easily it picks up marks. But don't worry, that's a good thing! Those little scuffs are the start of a beautiful journey called patina, where your leather develops a unique character with wear. Think of it like a fine wine aging to perfection.

    Most minor scuffs buff out with your finger, and everyday use actually helps polish the leather. Horween® leather is packed with natural oils, so you don't need to condition it right away. After six months or a year, give it some love with our Tanner's Blend conditioner (made by a master tanner!). A little goes a long way. Just use a dab and a soft brush to keep your Ashland gear looking its best.
